In the studio with Campbell Cole
Earlier this year we had the pleasure of visiting the creators of Campbell Cole, Ian and Felicity, at their design studio. With a warm welcome and an infectious passion for what they do we were lead into their studio with anticipation and intrigue. The carefully designed space, flooded with natural light and a clear emphasis on function and clarity, makes for a perfect working environment.
The space closely reflects the products they create, and vice versa. Ian and Felicity's drive and ambition is constantly apparent as we spend the afternoon perusing designs both old and new, viewing their already extensive product range and getting tactile with the various fabrics and materials they use. Attention to detail is second to none and that is never more clear than when holding one of their products.
It was a real joy to see two people so enamoured with their craft. Allowing us behind the scenes to document this was an opportunity we couldn't miss and we only hope we have done them justice. We are really excited to see what the future holds for Campbell Cole.
